Functieomschrijving:
You will be working in the Contact Center Technology team located in multiple countries (the Netherlands, Germany, UK and South Africa). The CCT team in Breda is part of an Infrastructure department of +/-35 people. All the work is done from Breda office or via home office and occasionally it is necessary to travel to Munich.
Purpose of the function
The function will focus on the creation and maintenance of chat widgets for our customers and the internal Contact Center self-service portal. You will work in a scrum team which consists of two people in Breda and one in South Africa.

- 40 hour work week. 2 Days per week on-site (Breda) work required;
- Only English resumes in Word format
- Communication in English (spoken and written) and Dutch.

Eisen/wensen
Eisen:
- Very fast learner
- Able to work under high pressure
- Collaborative and social team player
- Ability to dive deeply into technical topics
- Good documentation and communication skills, both within the group and to (internal) customers
- Experience in multinational environments
- No 9 to 5 mentality
Knowledge and experience
- Minimal Higher Vocational Education (HBO)
- Experience: > 4 years front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript)
- 2 years .net development
- 2 years MS-SQL
- 2 year in a large IT environment >500 systems
- NodeJS, React, Angular experience
- Jest, Cypress, CI/CD experience
Languages
- English: Very good on a professional level, both written and spoken
- German: Able to fully understand written and spoken communication
